We Move From Darkness to Light

Good Evening,

I have a personal experience to share with you - one appropriate to this discussion. It presents a perspective I've gained re the difference that motive and intent makes, and that there is a path from darkness to light, from personality's desires and drives to higher consciousness' aspiration and right relationship. This is a perspective on the underlying issue that Mr. Gates’ life and affairs has precipitated into this discussion – for our growth and development.

Let me begin by saying I've recognized this experience to represent issues of humanity, not just my own. And it's taken almost all this time for me to learn this principle and to begin applying it - most consciously and recently through the Wisdom.

22 years ago I was sitting in my living room overlooking Setauket Harbor on the North Shore of Long Island just before a summer sunset. My spouse at the time, Cynthia, was asleep in front of me, tired from her afternoon of women's 35's tennis tournamenting. I felt satisfied, enjoying the good life that many of us would describe as the perfect life – over $600,000 per year in net income, successful investor in stocks, bonds, and waterfront real estate development (including the house we lived in), close friends and family relationships, a work schedule of 2-5 months with time for vacations, and a spiritual orientation toward Paramahansa Yogananda and his Self Realization Fellowship. I had been an All American Lacrosse player and popular student adviser in college. Recently, I had successfully coached junior tennis champion wanna bees, ghost written a tennis book called Tennis Kinetics, with Navratilova and Mary Carillo, and managed a very successful tennis academy on Long Island. My parents and siblings were well and stable for the most part. Fred, our dog, was healthy and happy.

I remember looking down at a peaceful Cynthia, then forward - outward to sail boats at anchor in the harbor, with the sunset behind. A quiet voice I had not heard before said, "I'm dying here." My thoughts moved quickly from realizing I could produce and accumulate wealth and achievements, have these good relationships, and continue this formula of success for the rest of my life. I realized that everything that I was told would make me happy in life held no real joy, no real happiness. I recognized that I could have anything I wanted, and that there really wasn't anything that I couldn't have - no desire that I couldn't fulfill.

I said to myself, "If this is all there is to life, take me out now." All this was meaningless. All the promises of the happiness that success would produce were hollow and empty. “There’s got to be a better way.” I determined to find that better way – and the true purpose and meaning of life.

I didn't know where I would find the truth and meaning of this existence, though the Yogananda path held a recognizable truth to it. Within a year I found my life completely changed, throwing myself into a new purpose, perhaps my first conscious purpose beyond the usual human goals. What did I have to lose? I had it all and found it sorely wanting in the fulfillment of 'happiness'. I refused to use this formula for manifesting, until and unless I knew what it was for. (this formula turned out to have the elements of the creative process we’ve learned in the Wisdom – but with a personal motive and intent)

This was a milestone in a journey based on a completely different purpose. It has brought me to a point of realizing a path toward the light begins in darkness - and often appears to others, known and unknown, to be one of becoming darkness moving away from light. It is indeed a path we all walk toward perfect understanding and Pure Reason - our individual Divine Expression of Humanity. I recognize my path is far from complete - my purpose, far from fulfilled.

I've come to recognize there is resistance where I believed darkness and evil to be. That the form / appearance / devic life does indeed carry and protect a unit of consciousness dedicated to it's creator's purpose - whether dark or light, personality or soul - all on a path toward Divine Expression. To my current level of understanding, that resistance - as intelligent substance, devic life – was impressed with a purpose of nurturing and protecting the unit of consciousness. By including this perspective, I come to the perspective that only with the Loving approach of Light, Love and Power does that devic life sense no threat to its purpose, and can indeed benefit its charge - the imprisoned unit of consciousness within. Thus the only approach that does not increase the resistance by the threat of annihilation, but in the loving appreciation and understanding that the devic life and unit of consciousness serving it’s original purpose, can the form begin its acceptance of the influence of devic movement as the influence of the Light and the beginning of the transmutation process for both consciousness and devic life.

I've come to learn just recently that even the darkest of forms and appearance are indeed subject to the influence and Presence of the Creative Light, Love and Power of Divinity - else how could Divine Will, Purpose and Intent be fulfilled?

I am quite familiar with Mr. Gates' journey - through Microsoft and his Foundation - as business development, finance and economics have been a focus of mine this lifetime. Regardless of appearances, his vision and actions empower the world to act and communicate in the realm of appearance in ways that facilitate the recognition of humanity's many connections. They have provided and inspired the sparks and the framework that reflect the speed up of our consciousness to a higher frequency, to share, to supply demands, toward more democratic participation in the systems of the world and other principles of the Law of Economy. In a tangible way, Gates efforts have facilitated the manifestations of the creation of new forms from mental to appearance - and many more aspects that reflect the building of relationships. Among global humanity, Gates initiated a global access to the processes that have accelerated the sharing of the higher thoughtforms, impossible just 50 years ago. Our ability to communicate with other is a tangible example of this positive effect.

I also know he has behaved as a thief, traitor, abuser of current 6^th ray systems, and manipulator of the more base of human emotions - greed and power - in accomplishing all he has inspired. From Satan to Hitler - and other degrees of 'dark' influences – these forms have indeed played their roles in the march from darkness toward the light - by crystallizing the resistance as a negative polarity of the dark in relation to the Light. We have been given a perspective of the consistent, eternal movement of Spirit, Consciousness and Matter toward Divine Fulfillment of a Divine Plan. Resistance has never really conquered the light according to this perspective – it only has delayed It.

The experience of mine that I share with you here has given me a perspective of transformative moments in which a dark path of personal economic accumulation can lead directly to a crisis of opportunity that invokes our higher path, purpose, and activity. We each find ourselves moving from darkness to light. In that process, we according to the principle of right planning within the Law of Economy – sequential growth. We pass through degrees of power and influence, their polarities, in order to learn to Master right relationship.

That path is strewn with good intent and harmful activity - " The road to hell is paved with good intention." That part of the path represents a phase of soul and human growth and development, affect and influence in our own lives and all humanity’s. Now is the window of time when this form of Light, Love, and Power is initiating Its effects on the non-essential forms, transmuting the darkness into Light, within time and space and appearance - Harmony and right relationship via conflict.

So the question for me is how do i perceive this or any dark entity and influence in my experience or recognition? And what action is appropriate to the presence and influence of negativity that I perceive? I choose to perceive that influence as an energy field and devic life calling for love - our wielding of love - perfect understanding and Pure Reason that we have become aware of and endowed with responsibility for wielding. I choose to be a vehicle of that Divine Expression on behalf of the higher lineage, from Cosmic to Physical, whose purpose is the enlightening and the redemption of the dark of the physical planes - by us. These darknesses come to us as crises of opportunity - to get our attention - and to apply that which we have learned, including seeing the light within even the darkest forms, including the opportunity to expand the redemption of a brother in consciousness and substance/devic life/intelligent substance.

As I complete this, President Bush is giving his State of the Union Address to the US Congress and the American people. Behind him VP Dick Cheney hosts him as President of the Senate, in a joint session of Government. I think of the meaning of that word 'host'. Certainly hosting can be a form of nourishing, protection, etc. Many people would perceive Cheney's influence as completely dark as any in history. And how must we respond to that perceived darkness?

In my present state of consciousness and point of development within the Ashram of Synthesis, I stand in the Light and understanding that I have been given, and endeavor to see what little light my personality might perceive in this soul inspired vehicle, these brothers. In one view, the current administration has crystalized as resistance to the Light, and their effects and affects have turned their truths into a humanity wide recognition of the illusions. They have called in the Light that they have consciously and subconsciously resisted. We know that their karma has determined their dharma, and that they have brought the consciousness of all humanity to crisis of opportunity - facing the illusions and glamours (in our terms) of their 'truths'. Humanity is responding as a whole, within a whole new human dynamic. The darkness has precipitated the Light, that it may be transmuted within the Divine Plan.

So, I apply what I'm given - Creative Light, Love and Power - invested in the techniques of the Wisdom as best I can understand and implement them. I choose to see the Soul of Humanity within the behavior and appearance, affects and effects, knowing that these forms too are serving, in ways I may not perceive and recognize. At the same time, I appreciate that these mis-aligned, mis-behaving fields are calling for redemption for all of humanity - by crystalizing these mis-alignments in ways that impact our consciousness to initiate our own call for higher consciousness, and invoking the Light to Divinely Adjust our relationships into right relationship within our and humanity's lives and affairs.

Wisdom Gathering Statement of Service Activity

First, I ask us to honor the devic life, elemental life and the various kingdoms that have joined us together today to express our Divine Expression of Humanity, and have joined us in the content and meaning of our group.

My purpose in this statement is a bit of background, but mostly focused on moving into activity today and in the future.

Astrology – 5 planets in Capricorn - Sun Moon Mercury Mars and Jupiter, Sag rising with Venus in Sag in the first and second houses.

Background – Buddha via Siddhartha and the pursuit of Truth, Paramahansa Yogananda’s SRF, Native American spiritual elders/shamanic individuals and ceremony, A Course in Miracles, Ageless Wisdom and Arcane School – Transmission Meditation and Share International – I realized that I was looking for what to do with the theory and understanding – the practice of Ageless Wisdom

Disciple and Economy showed up. I found it a resonance as my work life had focused on Financial Consulting and Investing of Money or Intelligent Substance; $

At the same time, Perelandra work was introduced and the practices and understanding of partnership with devic life, elemental life, with Higher Consciousness and Ashramic identity. Which reminds me to acknowledge and honor the devic and elemental life that have joined us and joined with us today. – Including the mineral, vegetable and animal kingdoms – all around us, the plant life and the animal life represented by the dog that joined us.

Not only did the Law of Economy strike a note, but especially the new state of Consciousness Lucille named the Conscious of Fulfillment.

I moved into the nature of the Soul, not knowing anything about group consciousness or activity. I went through it individually for 1.5 years and realized I needed to par of a group.

I found Glen on the internet approached him about classes, he asked for my spiritual resume and after reviewing it, he recommended me to a friend of his who was putting a study group together – Pam Nissen.

Teacher Training followed – all this followed

The only teaching I have done formally has been teaching my mother – who just called a few minutes ago on our break – the Path of Initiation – with wonderful positive results for her in her life, and in the deepening of our relationship. Very Fulfilling.

I’ve just completed individually completing the CT course, which I felt I needed in order to have a complete acquaintance with the Wisdom as it’s been distributed to this point. In completion of Teacher Training Advanced I’ll be writing a Guide to the CT course as Glen has done with NS.

In terms of Service activity I find It’s been evolving without me fully recognizing. It’s based on Divine Economy in the life and affairs of humanity – coming full circle in the Wisdom to some Expression of the initial impulse which attracted me to the Wisdom in the first place.

Currently this focus and activity looks like this

This focus on Economy flows over into my daily life and affairs as Sustainability Director and Consultant for Higher Ed Sustainability for Higher Education - Synthesizing them into forms of Sustainable Spirituality and Spiritual Sustainability – right relations of our economic nature, our environmental/natural lower kingdoms nature, and our societal nature – establishing right relations among within each, and among them.

This work developed in partnership with the President of a community college who I’d done much meditation and spiritual work at a personal level preceding the work in the work in the world. And we use the partnership consciousness and devic work and the devic life of the community and community college itself in the implementation of the spiritually sustainable laws and principles.

Work within the higher education institutions for evolution to right relations – community colleges, and full universities – focusing on the processes of sustainability – group endeavor, consensus, initiating solutions from the problems and challenges that the old ways fail to solve, moving activity and Intelligent Substance $ into new directions according to right relations, right education. This extends into the business community, local and state government, and soon into the faith community.

More broadly new forms of educational activities focused on the doing of right relationships and teaching it to students, and communities using these group process and forms in direct reflection and relationship to our sustainable spirituality – the Wisdom. And in this I employ our Wisdom techniques and process – learning along the way through the experience of application of the Laws and Principles of Synthesis.

Service Activity of the Divine Economy of Humanity

All,

I've delayed responding - the conjunctions, solstice, Full Moon, new lesson and meditations, plus experiencing and contemplating their synthesis have prevailed over the recent days.

I've been in New York City with family for the Christmas holiday celebration of these influences, and the appearance of the Christ on the Mountain top in recognition of Capricorn as a portal of initiation.

Blessings of the Christ Season to each of you.

I want to begin addressing this most important activity of ours, and its purpose.

My sense is that our first task is to discuss and discern - as we are now - the greater prototype that carries the ideal life of Divine Economy of Humanity, and the nature of the service we may provide to humanity working together. In this process, we recognize our little group as a focused group consciousness - as a succeeding extension to the initial Wisdom group's stationing of Economy. We are in the process of achieving a next stage of development of establishing the Consciousness of Fulfillment, and the intelligent activity of the Law of Economy

This past August, I presented to Pam the seed thought that was moving strongly through me since my first awareness of the Wisdom with the Disciple and Economy - that the 'downloading' of the rest of the instruction on Economy that began with Lucille would be completed by a group focus rather than an individual station as with Lucille (though I realize it was a group formation that invoked and acted as vehicle).

My subjective work has brought me to the point where the threads of my life and lifetimes have woven into a focus on Divine Economy, and the notion of a service activity for bringing the balance of the instruction on Economy through a group that would focus on the invocation of Divine Economy into manifestation. In contemplation over some period of time, I see myself as part of this group (with the vibrations of the teachings on Cooperative Leadership ringing in my mind). I've recognized my willingness to dedicate myself to that endeavor completely, even over several lifetimes, to achieve its goals and objectives. I have realized that for me now is the time to initiate this. This has been confirmed since my conversation with Pam by the emphasis and statements in our HG studies that this Economic Activity, focused on building the center on subjective and objectives bases is our first task and one that we are involved in currently.

I see this little group of four of ours as having attracted itself with such a focus on Economy, and perhaps as an initial group potential for such work. Our lives and affairs are pointing us toward manifesting new economies for ourselves which are focused on the support of ourselves and our work in direct relationship to our service activities. We are looking for support of our service activity, in forms that substantiate our physical lives within the body of humanity. We are not focused on our personal lives alone. We see ourselves solely (souly) in relation to our service.

I see the reasonableness of working with Economy from our individual perspectives, and from a group potential of service to our group and to all humanity - as a conduit for the greater understanding and implementation of the Law of Economy for manifesting the Divine Expression of Humanity.

I see that a possible component of our group work might be toward continuing (toward completing) the 'download' from the Overshadowing Soul and Wisdom of the balance of instruction for living and teaching the Law of Economy. It could grow as an ever expanding group activity and influence for living by this Law and its principles to resolve our individual, Wisdom group and humanity's crises of opportunity re supply and fulfillment, and for building this Center of Synthesis for fulfilling its purpose within humanity.

I'm also in support of selecting meditation and contemplation forms through which we can focus. Glen – your suggestion of the L30 meditation form is excellent. I see also the meditation of L25 as very specific to the influences through which the Law and principles of Economy can be well established in our individual and service lives, and beyond into humanity.

I'm also aware that we all have an awareness of the Perelandra techniques for working directly and specifically with Devic, Elemental, White Brotherhood and Soul aspects in manifesting the Plan.

I suggest we enhance our common knowledge and experiences of the general and specific applications of such structure, especially as concerns what Perelandra parlance would call 'professional assistance teams', with you Glen having the most experience with Perelandra stuff.

These represent some of my current thoughts and recognitions re our group work that have been called into the group awareness.

I look forward to more, especially specifics we can generate and use re cycles, ceremony of life, and bringing together into use as many of the tools and techniques of the Wisdom that are available for our use in this activity of Economy.

Please consider the following as it contains very important concepts – such as Lucille's Consciousness of Fulfillment - and some of my personal background reasonings that contribute to an understanding of the potential I see for our work together.

Finance / money (Intelligent Substance - $) has been a central thread of my life and affairs in this lifetime - both materially and spiritually, subconsciously and consciously. Familiar to me are the high-points and low-points of materiality, especially as concerning intelligent substance ($$$) - its presence in abundance and the tests of where the next meal would come from. In effect, this lifetime has focused my attention and experience on the duality of Economy. I see and feel the need for solution and synthesis of this polarity for myself and all my relations.

In a conscious way, I can see that I've moved closer and closer to dedicating myself to establishing such a solution found in Divine Economy.

So, I find myself drawn to the greater concept of the Law of Economy as presented in D & E, and in the HG lessons recently. It's with a sense of hovering understanding of its role that I've been invoking its life, quality and appearance into my life in evening contemplation - especially from within the Wisdom, the Plan, and how I am to serve humanity re this Economy of ours.

There is a structure of growth and development I see in our work, as in all of our work - individual and collective –focusing on development through experience. I have been focusing on an individual development, yet with an awareness of my personal economic life as a reflection of the greater experience of humanity in its economy.

My awareness of this need, and my personal involvement was stimulated in D & E, when Lucille speaks of a new state of consciousness we're aiming for - the Consciousness of Fulfillment.

Lucille presents this in D & E, and in the voice recording of her stationing of instruction re Divine Economy on the CD "Disciple on a Thread". More than a way to receive greater supply of $$ for our good work and service in the world, Economy is about right relationship, and knowing our true identity. And it is about evolving the prevalent human "consciousness of loss" into the Consciousness of Fulfillment - the fulfillment of our part of the Plan as Humanity.

As Lucille expresses in the recording, it is this New Consciousness that precipitates the Law of Economy through our adherence to its principles of right relationship. Right Relationship - Right Use, Right Activity, Right Planning in relationship to our brothers, the lower and higher kingdoms, the devic and elemental lives - recognizing, appreciating and serving 'All of My Relations'.

In my meditations and contemplations, a major component has focused on this Consciousness of Fulfillment. It has precipitated opportunities to see, experience and make choices in my life and affairs based on this concept of fulfilling my monadic role as individual and as group soul.

I have asked for the greater understanding of the Wisdom for making clear the life, quality, and appearance of Divine Economy. I am experiencing the dualities and making choices based on the principles of the Law of Economy for myself within the context (and body?) of humanity –

Sharing

Supply and Demand

Democratic Participation in the One LIfe

Individuality

Equality

The Grace of the Christ

The Divine Prototype

Relative Appearance

Sequential Change

I am understanding and practicing these in my relationships with brothers and sisters, devic and elemental lives.

It's come to me that our individual concerns for resolution of the specific situations and circumstances in our lives are the opportunities for achieving the greater goals, objectives and manifestation of Divine Economy and the fulfillment of the Plan. It is through these that the Divine of Expression of Humanity will emerge on all the physical plane levels and appear in the lives of all our relations.

Our work and lessons are pointing us toward this service activity, with the byproduct of supplying our lives and affairs with sustenance for our dedicated actions on behalf of humanity.

Our individual and group needs are the paths that aggregate to a greater wholeness of resolution. To my mind and heart, it is vital that we acknowledge and focus on the greater in order that the specific be accomplished.

In essence my sense of approach to our fulfillment of our specific needs for support - individual and group - is to focus on the disciplined application of the Law and principles of Economy, via the implementation of the Wisdom techniques we've been given toward embodying the Synthesis and achieving the Divine Expression of Humanity. It is our willing application of Creative Light, Love and Power as outlined in HG1 L25 that we do this – being this Light, Love and Power of the Christ, in order to do it.

In our applications and implementations we must trust in the truth of the Wisdom, our identities, and the Creative Light, Love and Power that we invoke more than we have trusted anything in our lives. This is beyond hoping and faithing –this is willing this to be our truth regardless of appearances piercing resistances with the fire and the flame of Synthesis. We allow these greater energies, forces and activities to move through us to do the actual manifesting of right form and appearance. We accept and allow Divine Will to be perfectly expressed through us in whatever the perfect form might be.

We must step into the void willingly, not knowing ahead of appearances what the nature of the appearance will be, nor whether we will recognize the resolution in appearance as the appearance of Divine Expression. We trust in the Mother to design and build that form and appearance in response to the Divine Will that we can only partially understand, realize and recognize as it moves through us - the Sonship, the Child of God - both Son and Daughter - to manifest the Plan.

It takes great trust to accept the form as Divinity would have it, rather than as our human personality might have it and thereby resist it. It is our willingness to accept each form as a step toward Synthesis and fulfillment of our part(s) of the Plan. We choose this willingness for ourselves, our group and humanity

Yes, we could creatively imagine and manifest solutions that would satisfy our needs as we as personalities might want them satisfied - but isn't that what we have been doing up to now? Isn't this the point at which we accept the truth that we've been given and trained in for how to do God's Will rather than our own, without knowing completely what that Will look like in appearance?

Lucille mentions in her presentations on Economy, that we will have to create forms that serve as bridges between the current forms and the ideal forms of the Plan for several of our lifetimes to come. So, we need have no expectations at all - that the ideal will be or will not be what we manifest immediately.

Part of this transition to the new state of the consciousness of fulfillment is in developing the strength and persistence necessary for walking into darkness and bringing the light to create the new. We do not have the luxury of knowing that the new form will comfort us. Considering John's instruction re considering opposition, we can be sure we will be tested to follow initial focus of creativity with resolving the natural opposition of devic life to change. It is ultimately a path of trust in Spiritual Reality – one of creating experiences that are new to humanity and the Planetary/Solar/Cosmic Logoi.

I've recently been buoyed and guided by the HG lessons in Economy, especially L25 re the specific effects of Creative Light, Love and Power of the Christ on our instruments and humanity's instrumentality that we can positively influence through our understanding and application of our identities as the Christ.

It's not a matter of easy or difficult, smooth or resisted. It is Divine Will that will be done, regardless of any of these labels or convenience. It is Divine Action that will take place now in and through us, regardless of appearances in our life and affairs.

Email to economy group

Good Day All,

My initial responses to the seed thought proposal include these:

• A unifying seed thought is an appropriate step of action - following our basic agreement on a purpose for the group's action. I feel we're only at the beginning of the discussion of purpose which can lead to our little group's agreement on purpose and priorities. Each of us has a piece of the intent of the activity we're considering put our individual economies into. The overshadowing purpose is manifesting through our individual instruments to form a collective vision and purpose, and ultimately objective activity in our life and affairs. It is vital for us to bring these individually developed purpose and thus facilitate the co-leadership, co-creative group service activity. My perspective is that we need now to reflect on each other's perspectives on the purpose and activity we would have our group activity serve. I believe there needs to be the creation, the synthesis of our individual concepts into an agreed upon unified purpose and direction.
  
• Uta's perspective and questions are specific and numerous and deserve to be addressed within this context, as they reflect questions of the type we have as a group and that can draw down the answers from the overshadowing as appropriate function of questions.

• In light of such a purpose I'm sensitive to a level of purpose that addresses both the higher overshadowing inspiration's reflection in us subjectively, and a tangible, objective direction for the manifestation of such a Divine Expression of Humanity. For example, each of us are drawn to this concept of Divine Economy via our personal experiences that have appeared quite specifically in our lives and affairs as the need for financial support for our current or planned service activities. A common thread as I see it, at least in the case of myself, Uta, and Kadijeh is our sense of seeing our current support having a short horizon in the future, followed by not a clue of where or how the intelligence substance ($), supporting relationships, etc. will come from to support our good work beyond that horizon.

• So my thought is to have a 'practical' objective goal included in the planned activity. I would propose for consideration a sample of a group goal from D & E: that each of us in this group manifest more than enough $ to fully support our individual aspects of the service activities and the group's service activity, (both for the four of us currently in this group, and those who will be drawn to the subjective purpose and objective goals we voice.) So, in Uta's specified crisis of opportunity, manifesting support for Hechal. For Kadijeh, the wherewithal for the planned return to Jerusalem and support once there. For myself, support for this group's activity re Divine Economy and the Divine Expression of Humanity in its economic aspect, and for the movement forward of the forms of Sustainability in Higher Education that I'm active in. I realize that this specificity represents our current thoughtforms of the our best economies for service, and should be subject to our group's overshadowing instruction rather than our current thoughtforms of service. There is a conscious offering up (sacrifice) of current forms of our truths for the greater good, and adjustments according to the Plan. this is another part of our conscious process of creation that we are proposing to focus.

So, an inclusion of this kind of general goal - for each and all of us to develop the capability and apply that capability to the bringing in of Divine Economy into appearance in our lives and affairs, might be included in a seed thought, or statement of purpose.

I view such a seed thought - containing the soul level and instrumentality level purpose and manifestation- would be appropriate to consider and implement. (see below for sample)

• For myself, I have been in this situation many times in the past few years. Each time it has appeared, I trusted that the overshadowing and my sensitivity to it, plus the application of Wisdom techniques has manifested solutions - magically. I'm not claiming any mastery, just experiences that required of me a steadfast state of consciousness that the supply was available and would show up objectively at the right time. (of course the solution showed up much later in the game than I would have preferred to relieve the tension of not knowing the future - but that was part of the lesson.) These I have experienced individually, while growing and developing in the knowledge and experience of Economy.

• I view here is that the concept of bringing in of the Divine Economy, even if codified into a formal form of instruction of Economy as we all sense is overshadowing us, will occur through our addressing the economic/financial challenges as crises of opportunity for manifesting Economy as the solutions the forms are meant to be - an demonstrate the truth, good, beauty, and value of such solutions for humanity, within the body of humanity which we constitute.

• Finally, it is important to honor and recognize the contributions that each us are drawing from our individual circumstances as opportunities to bring in greater understanding and application, right relationship with the overshadowing Wisdom and Plan, and the conscious manifestation of solutions that appear with value and service for ourselves and all humanity.

Additionally, there is the undiscussed issue commencing a moon phase group meditation cycle, plus the meditation form, as well as the discussion of the seed thought as Glen has outlined. Specifically, do we sense we are focused on precipitation (new) or ascent (Full). I have a preference for the initial meditation to be that presented in L25 (see attached).

We have a new moon in Capricorn coming up on the 8th.

The Imposition

At what point do we realize that the principle of Free Will, Freedom, one’s Dominion and Sovereignty means Freedom from Imposition of another’s Sovereignty over our own?

The Imposition of one’s will, one’s force, and one’s activity over another is a core belief of those who presume power. In government, economics, religion and spirituality, education – in every human endeavor there exists today the presumption that one’s imposition can be justified. It cannot.

The Impositions today of individuals and groups over each other is the definition of evil. If freedom is our goal, it cannot be imposed. If law and order is our goal, whether God’s order or man’s, it cannot be imposed.

The ultimate joy and value is in the free and open willingness of another to see the good, the true, and the beautiful in us enough to desire a joining with us.

So it is with right relationship among human beings – equality, individuality, justice, and the brotherhood of man - require the free willingness of another to embrace the truth, goodness, and beauty of our beliefs, values, and standards of thought, word and deed.

The Invitation is the beginning of right relationship, with freedom to choose otherwise without consequence.

Right Relationship - meaning -

No more giving in order to get, only getting to give.

No more manipulation, convincing, contriving, No judgment.

No more.

The end of demand and sacrifice - the beginning of offering.

No more vulnerability, no more protection, no more separation.

An end to need, lack and loss. No more dysfunction and error.

The beginning of fulfillment in order to fulfill.

No more urgency or anxiety, resistance or escape.

No more future or past.

Invitation is an effect of attraction, the attraction of Synthesis, of Oneness, of Being and Doing -The beat of the Monadic Heart, the Monadic Life in Being – the Doing.

Sustainability and Sustainable Living as Right Relationship

Many of us have come to understand sustainability as the expression of right relationship – the relationship we have as individuals and as groups of individuals with nature, with one another in our societal systems, and with our well being as human beings within a global humanity.

As human beings, as humanity, we are interdependent with the natural environment, with the earth. We are at the same time interdependent with each other – as communities, as nations, as nation states within a global civilization. And we are interdependent economically, as members of a global economic system in which individuals and economies are inter-connected. In each of these relationships, what we do as individuals, and as groups affects and influences the lives of others throughout the global systems of economy, environment, religion, health, well-being, and so on.

We have experienced the truth of this principle of interdependence in the events of 9/11, and many situations since 9/11/2001. One effect of 9/11 is the realization that a severe disturbance in distant societies through the action of individuals in that society can result in disturbances in our own society and community. We see our interdependence in the disruptions within individual religions, and the global system of religious activity, in that the activities of 9/11 has affected all the nations and the communities of the world based on the acts of individuals within factions of several global religions, within specific nation/societies. We see our interdependence in the challenges to our global civilizations – through our economic systems, environmental systems, in societal/national systems – how we are linked globally as individual national economies, within in an all pervasive economic, financial, and workforce system.

These disruptions call for solutions. The solutions that are effective are and will be those that take the interests and agendas of all those who are affected within these systems of relationship - whether economic, environmental, religious, societal or governmental.

Sustainability is a term that captures the processes of innovation that result in solutions that serve not just in the short term, but in lasting, sustainable solutions that provide better for the well-being, growth and development of all involved. All those who are affected within a system are identified as stakeholders – those having a ‘stake’, an interest, an investment in that system. These solutions are sustainable only in so much as they address the interests, needs and well being of those stakeholders. New processes are being innovated to create the solutions for 21^st century life. The processes and institutions that have brought us to where we are – are no longer able to sustain the well being of the majority of humanity, regardless of being in developed, developing, or undeveloped systems.

Now is a time of great opportunity - to engineer individual, community, and global systems that serve the needs and desires of greater numbers of humanity, the natural world, and ourselves. This is the evolved meaning and significance of what we are describing in the term ‘sustainability.’

We are each and all stakeholders in these local, national, and global systems – as we are in their challenges. We each and all deserve to have our interests heard and addressed, and to participate in the development of solutions to the challenges, and the benefits derived from win-win, mutually beneficial relationships with all other stakeholders.

We need awareness and access to the decision making processes in these multiple areas of human activity. Since we are each and all affected, we deserve to have a say in our own lives and affairs. Sustainability and its processes provide both the vehicles of awareness, and the processes for solution building in all areas of human life and affairs. There are significant benefits to be had in participating in these processes, and taking the action that are birthed in them.

What can we as members of an educational institution do to promote awareness of challenges, participate in solution building, teach and support others in their efforts to participate in their own well being? There is much being done to teach and learn these processes of sustainable living. As an educational institution, we have a responsibility, a mission, to prepare individuals and communities for the 21^st century and beyond. How can these sustainable solutions and processes benefit the students and future citizens of communities, nations, and these global systems? How can we prepare them, educate them, provide a solid and tangible basis for their relationships and interdependencies that we and they face in our lives and affairs today and in the future?

Sustainability in Higher Education is a movement that is catching on quickly. It was the theme of Cornell’s Institute for Community College Development conference. Several community colleges have initiated sustainability programs across their community college landscapes – from green building, to use and demonstration of renewable energies for the 21^st century, to producing curriculum to train students in new processes and techniques for initiating solutions, and providing valuable solutions to the problems and challenges of the times. These community colleges are developing new solution building skills that can be exchanged by students and workforce member for acceptable wages, salaries and the financial wherewithal to sustain them and their families.

Without knowing it, our Sustainable Initiatives in these areas, we are not only applying the new and proven principles of sustainability to create a better learning environment with less impact on the environmental system locally, but we have become natural leaders in these areas by virtue of being a first mover in these areas. We are capable of sharing valuable experiences in the sustainable activities we’ve initiated. We are capable of, and have the opportunity for cooperative leadership in sustainability - working with the few other leading community colleges in further innovating sustainable educational activities - activities that serve the needs and well being of communities, their colleges, students, and workforces in learning and implementing these valuable sustainability skills, processes and solutions.

There is great opportunity to educate and serve not just students and community, but to serve the communities, colleges, and students throughout the nation through community colleges and their unique relationships and missions with communities, staffs, and students.

Synthesis & Economy

As you realize, the New Ashram of Synthesis carries the responsibility not only of incarnating, so to speak, as a conscious soul within the body of humanity, but of building the new forms of the new civilization which can and will adequately house that incarnate soul and provide for its continuing growth and development. The Ashramic group life is constituted, if you will excuse please my terminology here, of three major sections insofar as its focus of attention is concerned.

These major sections which are determined by the three major Ashrams which have come together to create the new synthesis are :

1. That section which deals with Divine Purpose - Divine Power - Divine Will, and which is reflected outwardly, works out, that is, within the body of humanity, as Government. Government in right relationship works out within the group life as cooperative leadership as each individual within the group follows his own overshadowing spiritual soul guidance, which is his governing agent, so to speak. The head center then of the group life is the Ashram.

2. The next section - the second section of the Ashramic group life is that of the consciousness aspect - the soul life of the group which deals primarily with the growth and development of the incarnate consciousness - incarnate on Ashramic levels within the causal sheath - incarnate below these levels within the threefold instrument. This section of the Ashram is reflected outwardly within the body of humanity primarily in the field of Education - within the group life in the same field - that of teaching - as well as any other activity which deals specifically with the soul life. I am placing in this section - and deliberately so because this is the new age into which we have entered - healing - all of the cultural activities of humanity - and in part the field of science, particularly in research.

3. The third section of the Ashram is that of intelligent activity - the form building section of the Ashram which has to do with the building specifically of the new forms of the new civilization. This works out in the outer life and affairs of the group, and within the body of humanity in the field of Business.

We have here three major sections of the Ashramic group life - three major sections, insofar as that is concerned, of the Hierarchy. We see these three major sections out pictured within the world of affairs today in this civilization, which is rapidly moving out of incarnation, first major change to be made in the economic structure of humanity has to do with the relationship of these three sections which are a reflection, truly, of the Trinity itself - spirit, matter and consciousness.

It is extremely important that you grasp this concept. The first major change in the new civilization must be made in the economy of the world itself. That change must be in the relationship of these three sections, or fields, or departments of human living to one another. And that change is very simple - as follows:

The purpose of business is to substantiate, subsidize the growth and development of human consciousness - to build those forms which carry the light, the love and the power of the soul into outer expression. This is the purpose of business - any business - all business. This is its only purpose.

For education to become a business or to enter into business - this is wrong relationship. Business is the intelligent activity which will build the forms of the incarnation necessary to the growth and development of the consciousness aspect itself. Finance, then, intelligent substance, is the substantiating, or subsidizing aspect or activity. This section then must support or subsidize the education of the human consciousness - the healing activity, which in this new age, has to do with the healing of consciousness - all of the cultural interests and activities of humanity which relates specifically with the growth and development of the human consciousness, etc.

The purpose of government is to coordinate these two other sections - that which deals with and is under the large heading of education, or rather the growth and development of the human consciousness - and the intelligent activity which supports, substantiates, subsidizes that growth and development. The government then must work through the concept and activity of cooperative leadership to coordinate the activities of the other two sections.

Thus we begin to bring about within the world of affairs that right relationship between spirit, matter and consciousness, which will not only heal the economic ills of humanity as a total, but which will generate a creative economy capable of transmuting the material values into spiritual values.

The entire field of business within the body of humanity must undergo a radical change. That change undoubtedly, to a certain degree at least, will be precipitated through grave economic problems and crises. But it is possible now, for groups such as this, to begin to build upon the new concept, and in so doing, to transmit via the etheric network, into the minds of intelligent and spiritually - to a degree at least - oriented men and women some of the ideas regarding the change. As the shift is completed, it will eliminate the need for money as such. In the meantime, money, finance, has to be made right use of - it has to be utilized as the intelligent substance which builds the forms necessary to the incarnation of the soul’s light, love and power.

If, for instance, thinking through, along with meditation, those problems which confront you, insofar as economy is concerned - and I am not now referring just to that part of the economy which is finance or money - I am referring to all of your economy - the expenditures - the various expenditures of your energy, force and substance - the organization of it - your time and so on. If, in thinking through, with the aid of meditation these various problems to their solution - whether those solutions be temporary, of the moment, or of a more long-range nature - if you can apply this concept to them so that you can begin to establish this right relationship - make the proper equation - then, once that equation is made you will find yourselves completely free of economic problems -particularly those which relate to finance - to money.

You see, for instance, those of you who find yourselves attracted into business activity as such, realize then that your chosen field of service is in the 7th Ray department, in a sense - that is, it is within the form-building aspect or section of the Ashram. This is, if you are truly attracted into this particular form of expression, or this field, regardless of what business it may be. Then this is your chosen field of service. It is the form building section of the Ashram. Let then your meditation be along these lines. Enter into business, not with the purpose of making money, because this is not only the wrong polarity of money and of finance - and therefore the wrong motivation - but it is a misuse of energy which, insofar as a conscious soul incarnate is concerned, will deplete him of this energy. You have all of you wondered as to your lack. This is the primary cause of lack of substance insofar as a unit of consciousness which is consciously identified as soul. You cannot enter into business as a soul with the purpose of making money. Your purpose must be that of substantiating the growth and development of human consciousness - or the growth and development of the soul consciousness - whichever the case may be - into the higher counterpart. This must be your purpose. Therefore your business activity must be harmonic of this purpose - must be in line with it. If it is not then you had better get out of the activity.

You are building the new forms even in your use of the old forms. Meditate then along these lines until you understand your purpose and understand somewhat your goal. And let always your will move to the growth and development of the consciousness of humanity, realizing that this is not an abstraction, but that it has its practical application within the world of affairs.

So likewise with those of you who are attracted into either of the other two sections of the Ashramic group life. Understand what your chosen field of service is and align with its particular purpose and goal, relating then properly with the other two sections, as they reflect - as they work out - in your daily life and affairs.

For instance, if as a school, which is an educational activity, is formed - is brought into expression - do not let it become a business. Because if you do, again this is a misuse of energy. It is a wrong relationship insofar as the new age is concerned - the new effort is concerned - and it is doomed to failure financially.

The business builds the forms, it deals with the form aspect specifically. It is dealing with the form aspect - with the molding of energy, force and substance into those forms which will carry the conscious soul into incarnate, and via that incarnation, into expression.

The intelligent substance is that which is used in the form-building activity, but for the specific purpose of aiding the growth and development of the consciousness. This is how, then, the third aspect serves the Divine Plan for humanity, which is, after all, the evolutionary plan of the soul. This is all the Divine Plan for humanity is - it is the evolution - the growth and development of the soul into its highest potential.

When you go to get a job, the purpose at least, whether you get the money or not - the purpose is that you are aiding the growth and development of the consciousness. First of all, we’ll say, your own, if all you have or earn is to support your own culture and so on - but from that now to see that the whole of business and those who control it must - they do - create the forms. That money is used for cultural and educational purposes. They create how it is going to be done. This is what it means. As far as I am concerned, this is where the meditation comes in. How substance builds forms. Of course, we can see it now. The big corporations own the radio stations and we are induced to buy this, that or the other, and there is the form of our business. There is a form which money - the owners of the money - make. We’re all engrossed - we’re all imprisoned - we’re all forced into this particular. We are so used to it that we don’t recognize it as a form.

Lucille: The symbol I received disturbed me terribly when I had it. It was in relationship to this publishing company thing. I saw these books going out - saw them as their influence - as a light within the body of humanity. And the light was feeding upon money. In other words, money was its fuel - and all of the connotations relating to money and materiality, or material values in the world, were the fuel that this tremendous light was using as it became brighter and brighter and brighter - and I became very concerned for fear that there wasn’t going to be any money left. He says that is a good symbol to use, so for what it is, that’s it. As I say I became so concerned and so disturbed in the meditation that I finally gave it up before all the money was gone. Afterwards, in trying to understand what this was all about, I thought that eventually money isn’t going to be needed anyway, and all I could see was that it might possibly symbolize the transmutation of material value into the soul light.

This symbol can be used in conjunction with the sounding of the OM as a mantric release very effectively, both insofar as the imprisoned consciousness is concerned and its outer reflection within the daily life and affairs. I am permitted to do no more - to reveal no more regarding this. I can only indicate that if you use the visualization in conjunction with the sounding of the OM as a mantric activity - release - it can be very effective, both insofar as the incarnate or imprisoned consciousness is concerned - imprisoned within the reactive patterns, evaluation, and so on, of the body - and the outer reflection of that imprisoned consciousness within the daily life and affairs - which is, after all, presenting you, at this particular moment, with your greatest problem.

This is the reflection of the imprisoned consciousness in the outer life and affairs that gives you difficulty. The use of this vision - visualization - in conjunction with the sounding of the OM as a mantric activity - will be extremely effective in the freeing of the imprisoned consciousness from the prison which money and finance have become - and will, therefore, be effective in the outer life and affairs - in those areas particularly where the imprisoned consciousness is reflecting.

It will affect the individual very specifically and dynamically. It is a 7th Ray magical technique which will aid in freeing the imprisoned consciousness from the prison which money and finance have become. Do not expect this to be a particularly easy process because you are going to have to give up much that has gone into the building of that prison that you not only desire, love, but much upon which your security - insofar as your false sense of security - depends. You can expect to undergo tremendous changes in consciousness and as a result, changes in the reflection which the consciousness is making in your outer life and affairs.

As Lucille has described it, identify the light as a spiritual light. You might see it as the Light of the Soul or any other spiritual light which is being fed by money - the intelligent substance that is giving it its light form. That which is being burned or fed is the rightful fuel - if I may call it that. You will certainly get rid of much of your prison, that the old system of money exchange has become.

Corruption in our military / business / government complex

It would be very useful to our American citizens to create a graphic image of the inter-relationships of corruption outlined in your article, Mr. Rich.

As other Times graphics have, it could display, with appropriate annotations, the corrupted projects, corrupted government agencies and appointees responsible for initiating and/or participating in these corruptions, the related (as in incestual) contracting and/or lobbying identities of corruption, plus the physical human consequences (suicides, murders, MIA, disappeared, wrecked families, mental/emotional trauma), the losses of America’s financial capital, and the judicial consequences and interferences, by congressional and judicial sources re oversight of these relationships..

It is clear to a thoughtful mind that your article is but the tip of the iceberg of corruption, which melts in the light of truth, just as the arctic icecap melts in our ignorance of global warming.

Since the common thread here is Bushite administrative policies and appointees, there is good reason to trust that the domestic administrative financial policies of the Bushites (or Chaneyites?) carry the same stench of corruption as the foreign administrative financial policies. A similar graphic would be useful in itself for domestic corruptions of corporate / government / financial markets, and may provide more clarity to see the currently invisible lines of relationship among the henchmen administrators of the Bush regime in all areas of American life that it infests.

Note: Could any of these threads lead to the bunkered office suite of the Vice President, before or after tip-toeing through the West Wing?

Since the lives and death of our soldiers and their families, the lives and deaths of countless Iraqis and their families, the threat to and destruction of our middle and working classes from this plundering of our Treasury and work product seems to make no difference to our congressional, the administrative, nor judicial representatives, perhaps putting the corruption network of the military /industrial /governmental complex in a simple visual form would attract the attention of our conservative, short-sighted, non attentive (attention deficit disordered?), red state citizens(‘red’ – as in the derogative term consrvatives used in the 50’s to refer to those who would organize to undermine the principles and laws of the United States), and other supporters of this regime who have been duped by their own ignorance , and willingness to swallow the swill of the ‘con’- servatives – the most insidious of ‘con’ schemes we’ve faced as a nation, and as a global community.

Note: I use ‘con’ (as in neocon) to be the short form of ‘confidence' as in 'confidence man’ and ‘confidence game’– meaning in law enforcement terms - the attempt to, or achievement of, gaining another’s confidence so as to defraud and thieve another’s capital – financial and human in our case. Associations you make to 'neocon' are not coincidental.

Perhaps such clarity in visual form would attract and hold the attention of our electorate long enough to realize the government is ‘conning’ us out of our human and constitutional rights, our money and our life-blood. If they would protect their property with their lives and their weapons, it’s time they see and hear the fox in the hen house, because we put a skulk of hungry foxes in charge of our prosperity that they want for themselves. (Note: Believe it or not, 'Skulk' is the correct term for a gang of foxes.)

We’re being ripped off and refuse to pay attention – attention enough to realize the idea of just how pervasive and damaging corruption is to our lifestyle, much less our culture and value systems that we purport to hold in such sacred esteem.

Perhaps it is only in these personal financial terms that our American community, our electorate and our representatives be motivated enough to take enough corrective action. Whatever measures are taken they must be substantial enough to end this corruption, just like employee theft - because at its root level that's all this is.

Ultimately, Mr. Rich, I agree with your perspective in another recent article included in the Times – we’re getting exactly the value system we hold as an ideal and yet do nothing to stand up for, nothing to implement, and nothing to live by as American and Global citizens.

We talk about courage and conviction. It's time to walk our talk - as citizens, as government, as business and financial people, as religionists, educators, and philosophers.

How far our 60’s generation has moved from our positive ideals and action for the good, the true, and the beautiful - to the support the negative American institutions of government, business and education driven by principles of evil, purposeful deception, betrayal,and brutality brought to our experience through our own lethargy.

Our rallying cry should be “God help us all, not just me”

“For all Life on Earth.” - might be a credo for those who prefer no reference to a universal organizing being.

What a strange symbol is the "$" - the symbol for our US currency. In light and understanding of this lesson, however, it's not surprising that in re identifying money as Intelligent Substance – coin, paper, and now electronic credits and debits - should the initials of Intelligent Substance ('I' and 'S' in the English language) form a unified symbol and abbreviation composed by superimposing the 'I' on the 'S' to yield "$".

A coincidence? I propose that this is an example of how something so fundamental to Spirit's being in matter and appearance can be so pervasively present in our lives and affairs and yet so invisible to our human awareness. It is a truth that is with us and in our environment as a powerful expression of Divinity, and yet so mundane as to escape our conscious awareness of its depth and meaning and significance as a Divine Presence, and a Divine opportunity for creating better qualities of life for ourselves, and all our relations.

Perhaps these are the little winks of God and crumbs along the Path to nourish our spirit along the way home.

How many other examples have been shone us, and how many more we have yet to discover. This is part of the joy of our individual and collective growth and development. Part of the joy and grace that attracts us more and more powerfully toward the fulfillment of our being.

Is there any doubt that the power of understanding, and action that we are being made aware of has been available to us in this, and the Group's lifetimes? Clearly there has been its availability to be used and re identified for many generations of incarnations.

We are asked and instructed now to focus not just the awareness of this Presence (and others yet to be discovered), but to begin to use the content of this awareness to direct this intelligent substance into action as a good, true, and beautiful action in manifesting the Plan, the overshadowing Christ and Wisdom to inspire the Christ within to fulfill Its potential and express the Divine Purpose in appearance in this time and space.

Through the week, a diversity of currents and flows of associated concepts and ideas manifested as thoughts in contemplation. Among these came a new appreciation of the dynamics of Divine Love Wisdom stepped down and specified into the pervasive and persuasive power, vitality, and quality of the Law of Attraction. We are being asked to appreciate that in this Solar System and as lives within this Planetary system, the most basic quality and essence is the attractive force of Divine Love Wisdom. It is the power and force of the perfect understanding that Divine Love Wisdom results in. It is the power and force of right relationship in all aspects of our life and affairs.

Such understanding produces the compassion and grace that we recognize as the Grace of Christ – a radiating vibration without limit of time and space, that infuses the intelligent substance and the consciousness with which in comes in contact. It is for us to recognize that as we wield and direct this through our focused attention and visualizations (both as individuals and as the group) we move such grace horizontally, out into the plane of being of humanity and the lower kingdoms. In directing such through the etheric, astral, mental networks of the three fold instrument of humanity and the lower kingdoms, we accomplish that which Shamballa, Hierarchy are not in a position to do – manifest the plan into these lower kingdoms. This is our function, humanity's function, our group function, is it not?

We do this via the basic power of attraction, not by imposition. By invitation not by intrusion does this power find its function and fulfillment. It is in the dynamics of understanding, compassion and grace that a scientific field is established, an environment whose influence is attractive to the good, the truth, the beautiful potential in every living thing – in all our relations. And what would we want to grow and develop in those we love more than such Christ potential?

There are three Laws that are mentioned in the Wisdoms of the Master Consciousness of the Synthesis Ashram: the Law of Economy, the Law of Attraction, and the Law of Synthesis. It appears to me that our effectiveness in the service we have been attracted to is calling for our awareness and attraction, our willingness and our activity in implementing these Laws and their principles, as well as the synthesis of them in our lives and affairs.

The Masters themselves are in a process of integrating their good offices and three fold consciousness into a Master Consciousness, and a Master synthesis of energies, forces and substances of 1, 2 and 7 to fulfill this next Master step and initiation of human consciousness and Planetary Consciousness in manifesting the Plan. This they share with us as we are attracted, accept, and embody.

We are asked to begin in this lesson within the Law of Economy, under the Law of Right Activity, within the principle of Grace*, especially within the principle of right activity and the Grace of Christ. We do this with an eye and awareness of the Law of Attraction that we thereby are implementing in establishing the field of Consciousness of the Christ Consciousness for humanity. And with a budding awareness of the Law of Synthesis, that we are just beginning to tap into, we are beginning a process of embodying the energies, forces, and substances of the Synthesis Ashram.

3. The occult Principle of Grace which is based upon the Love of God in the sacrificial act of the Christ. The sacrificial act of the Christ means simply that this aspect of the One Life, this higher consciousness of Deity, deliberately and at great sacrifice, identifies with every human being in every condition and circumstance.

This great consciousness of Love deliberately gives Its awareness to man.s violation and denial of that Love. There is no state or condition of consciousness too low or too degenerate for the Christ to live within. He takes on, via such identification, the sins, the guilts, the horrors of human action in order to insure man.s growth up out of these into a Divine Light and Life. This great, acutely aware consciousness, which could in one moment of decision tune out the frequencies of that which is so foreign to its nature, never wavers but takes upon itself the suffering of man.s inhumanity to man. Thus, not one human being, regardless of his action, is left out of the heart and mind of the Christ. Through the Principle of Grace, every man is assured of his divine place within the One Life. The principle is a recognition that all consciousness is rooted in both so-called good and evil and will evolve along either path according to:

a. the mass tendency;

b. the present opportunity; and

c. individual choice.

There is so much that takes place in the world today which the average occultist either blames or excuses as being the result of individual karma and choice. The careless, thoughtless, and little-knowing shrug of the shoulders which indicates .this is his karma., with no effort to adjust that karma, knows nothing of the Grace of the Christ. Such Grace supersedes individual karma via a Love that surpasses human understanding, pro-viding the disciple with his opportunity and his obliga-tion.

Through Grace, the loving, giving action of the Christ, all men are forgiven, and all cyclically receive a new opportunity for right growth. Such a cycle is upon us now where the individual can be given a new opportu-nity through the betterment of his environing situation and circumstances. Thus, the mass tendency is worked with and an effort is made to swing it into right activity. The society is reeducated and reconditioned, and begins to consciously take its proper place and responsibility in the shaping of individual destiny. The individual is forgiven his so-called sins in an understanding of the burden of racial, social, and national karma he is shar-ing with his brothers; and a way is provided whereby he can .go and sin no more.

Society presently sets its standards of acceptance, its rules of behavior, and fails on the most part to provide the opportunity whereby its untouchables can meet those standards or follow those rules. Society has a function to perform which it must discover if it is to serve The Divine Plan for humanity.

There are those new social forms overshadowing and available today which would, if formulated and brought into objective manifestation, help man to achieve that growth in consciousness which is an adjustment of his karma. That such forms will create a certain amount of instability in the outer life and affairs of the present is true; but such conflict is the activity out of which har-mony can be born. And do not forget, conflict is the evolutionary way of this planet. Let us begin to control the forces of conflict then, setting them into that motion which will produce the greatest rate of spiritual growth and development, or spiritual harmony, within the hu-man family.

The invocation and application of Grace . of love and forgiveness . does tend to arouse opposition; but that opposition is a force which can be used in the working out of The Plan. More will be said anent this subject later on in the series.

Before we move our attention from the Law of Right Activity, it would be wise to consider the concept of group consciousness. The invocation of the three occult principles listed under this law, and their application in the life and affairs of humanity, directs the growth of the individual consciousness into that inter-relationship with other units of consciousness which evolves group awareness and group action.

Those disciples being trained in the world today, under the direction of the many ashrams active in a new and unprecedented educational effort, are receiving such training according to their subjective and objective group affiliation. The ashram works with the group consciousness via the Science of Impression. That which is to be impressed is turned to the group rather than to the individual; and according to his group awareness will he receive, absorb, and embody the concepts pour-ing down from the ashram into the three worlds of hu-man endeavor. He makes his own individual relation-ship with Truth in accordance with his group place and function. Later in this series we shall consider the char-acteristics and qualities of group consciousness. In the meantime, much can be derived from meditation and contemplation upon the above.
